Tom Wolf (D) touted his moves to pardon people for marijuana in a press release announcing that the state has reached a 20-year low in its prison population. Meanwhile, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/pennsylvania\/pennsylvania-s-house-majority-leader-still-unconvinced-about-recreational-cannabis\/article_66f10ca2-2770-11ec-b306-53d7cfd4a27d.html\"><span>House majority leader<\/span><\/a><span> said legalizing cannabis is \u201cnot top of the list\u201d of priorities.<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GovofCO\/status\/1445909247515103238\"><span>Colorado<\/span><\/a><span> Gov. Jared Polis (D) tweeted, \u201cAs environmental impacts from climate change become clearer, Colorado policy makers, consumers, and the cannabis industry all have a role in how sustainable the industry will be moving forward.\u201d<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JohnCranley\/status\/1446161643482882051\"><span>Ohio<\/span><\/a><span> Democratic gubernatorial candidate John Cranley, currently Cincinnati\u2019s mayor, tweeted, \u201cOhio is in a rut, and it\u2019s going to take big, bold ideas to get us out of it. I\u2019m running for governor to write Ohio\u2019s comeback and I\u2019ve got the plans to do it. We\u2019re going to legalize marijuana, invest that tax revenue back in our communities, create new jobs, and more.\u201d<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JoeCunninghamSC\/status\/1446160219847938057\"><span>South Carolina<\/span><\/a><span> Democratic gubernatorial candidate Joe Cunningham tweeted, \u201cSC is 2nd in the nation in the rate of marijuana arrests. Chester County has the highest rate of any county in the US.
