Ed Perlmutter (D-CO)<\/span><\/a><span> said he thinks there\u2019s a \u201cgood chance\u201d of passing marijuana banking legislation through the National Defense Authorization Act. He also <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepPerlmutter\/status\/1465447487041327112\"><span>tweeted<\/span><\/a><span> about bipartisan backing for the move, saying, \u201cI appreciate the support of these Senators \u2013 as well as&nbsp; @SenatorHick &amp; @SenatorBennet. Let\u2019s get it done.\u201d<\/span><span><br \/><\/span><span><br \/><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LtGovStratton\/status\/1465455742652190721\"><span>Illinois\u2019s<\/span><\/a><span> lieutenant governor hosted an event about a marijuana revenue-funded grant program, saying, \u201cThe #R3 program invests 25% of adult-cannabis tax revenues back into communities that have suffered historic disinvestment.
