We think that trend will continue in 2022. <\/p>\n<p>One new innovation: Snoop Dogg is taking celebrity involvement to the next level with his <strong>cannabis-focused investment fund<\/strong>, Casa Verde Capital. And then leading CBD companies will sue the FDA in federal court, putting the new rules on indefinite hold. <\/p>\n<p>On vapes, more local and state legislation will try to <strong>ban aspects of vaping like flavors<\/strong>, as well as <strong>empty cartridges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-pot-prices-planning-and-industry-trends\">Pot prices planning, and industry trends<\/h2>\n<p>In California, we expect wholesale <strong>cannabis flower prices<\/strong> to hit lows of $5 per eight-ounce for mid-grade. Legal Missouri 2022 is one of two groups aiming to put a ballot referendum before voters.&nbsp;They will make it onto the ballot, and legalization will pass easily in Nov. 2022. <\/p>\n<p>Advocates in <strong>Oklahoma<\/strong> are looking to expand and better manage cannabis sales in that state. They will get <a href=\"https:\/\/tulsaworld.com\/news\/local\/marijuana\/petition-to-allow-cannabis-for-recreational-adult-use-filed-in-oklahoma\/article_4442bc12-252e-11ec-8d86-e70caaabbfa8.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a proposed constitutional amendment<\/a>&nbsp;legalizing adult use on the Nov. 2022 ballot, and it will pass. Oklahoma lawmakers will also pass some type of <strong>cap on medical marijuana farm<\/strong> licenses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arkansas<\/strong> True Grass, the state\u2019s legalization campaign,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.arkansasonline.com\/news\/2020\/may\/27\/group-ends-its-ballot-push-20200527\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">had to abandon<\/a>&nbsp;their signature-gathering push due to the pandemic. But they\u2019re back at it for 2022. They\u2019ll gather the needed signatures, put a constitutional amendment on the ballot, and it will pass.<\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s it for our 2022 predictions!
