In a special under-the-covers report, a new study from Spain has found cannabis improves desire, arousal, and orgasms. <\/p>\n

According to research published in the journal Healthcare<\/a>, researchers wrote, \u201cOur findings indicate that young people who use cannabis frequently, regardless of gender, have better overall sexual function.\u201d<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first study to link an improved sex life with cannabis. Past research has shown that people who use cannabis have more sex<\/a>. And those who use CBD lube and other products<\/a> report improvement in sexual experiences. Experts also note how weed enhances intimacy<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Cannabis vs. alcohol in the bedroom<\/b><\/h2>\n

To study the impact of cannabis on sex, researchers worked with 185 female and 89 male subjects from January through June 2020. Every person who participated in the study ranged from 18 to 30 years old. <\/p>\n

Over six months, the researchers found that cannabis users scored higher than non-users in sexual functioning, arousal, and orgasm. Those who used cannabis the most scored even higher than moderate users. The study also reported that these findings were similar for men and women.<\/p>\n

Alcohol, on the other hand, did not have a significant impact when it came to improving sexual function or experience, the study found. Why? The researchers delved into that issue, too.<\/p>\n
