The company declined to disclose its plans for the facilities, three of which were co-owned by a medical cannabis company.<\/li>\n<li>In July, NewLake said it was investing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newlake.com\/2021\/07\/07\/newlake-capital-partners-expands-real-estate-partnership-and-closes-on-cultivation-and-processing-facility-with-the-mint-in-arizona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">up to $20.5 million<\/a> to acquire land and help construct a 130,757-square-foot cultivation and processing facility in Phoenix.
