Ed Perlmutter (D-CO)<\/span> spoke before the House Rules Committee about his latest push to include his marijuana banking legislation in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), revealing a new score from the Congressional Budget Office that says it will save taxpayers money and discussing a possible broader omnibus cannabis bill that could include this and other reforms.<\/span>
