They identified the individual as a man in his 30s, with markers of spinal tuberculosis, and also analyzed the bones of a woman in her 50s who was with him.<\/p>\n<h2>EGYPT<\/h2>\n<p>A new analysis of a space rock found in the desert in 1996 suggests so <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/jamiecartereurope\/2022\/05\/28\/the-mind-bending-new-theory-that-says-this-weird-alien-rock-found-in-egypt-comes-from-a-supernova-explosion\/?sh=21c31a5a7bf3\">it was forged in a rare &#8220;type Ia&#8221; supernova explosion.<\/a>.  The violent event probably occurred about 4.6 billion years ago on the outskirts of our solar system.<\/p>\n<h2>PHILIPPINES<\/h2>\n<p>A species of moth Pyralidae last recorded in 1912 was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/05\/23\/science\/moth-species-discovery-detroit.html\">discovered in a passenger&#8217;s luggage<\/a> at the Detroit airport.  Several moth larvae had apparently been stored in a medicinal tea bag, which the traveler bought in the Philippines.<\/p>\n<h2>SOLOMON ISLANDS<\/h2>\n<p>NASA satellite images captured the telltale activity <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livescience.com\/shark-volcano-satellite-photos\">multiple eruptions of the underwater volcano Kavachi<\/a>.
