Firefighters said the boy was found underwater and pulled from the pool.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Apparently a first responder and possibly a bystander assisted with CPR immediately,&#8221; Cook said.  &#8220;We were called to a near-drowning, that the boy was underwater.
