It’s all part of the day-long Doors Through Space & Time festival with about 100 vendors, wellness services and a psychic fair on Sunday, Aug. 14 on the grounds of Avant Garde on East Main Street.<\/p>\n
Avant Garde, owned by Ron Smith and Alberto Ferrigno, is a holistic wellness center, New Age Boutique, salon and spa that, according to Smith, \u201caddresses our three-part being of body, mind and spirit with three floors to explore the our way..\u201d<\/p>\n
Smith said the goal of the festival, which also features gifts, jewelry and handmade items, “is to celebrate enlightenment and awaken to a higher consciousness.”<\/p>\n
His hope, he said, is that the event “once again brings to our community a peaceful gathering to celebrate our unity and hopefully provide fun for all ages.”<\/p>\n
The festival will be held from 10am to 5pm on August 14th at Avant Garde at 328 East Main St. in Branford.<\/p>\n
