(WTNH) \u2013 With Americans struggling financially due to rising inflation, more families are turning to community colleges for a reliable education that won’t break the bank. <\/p>\n

A year at a community college is nearly three times less expensive than a year at a public four-year college, they say WalletHub<\/a>. <\/p>\n

In light of this, WalletHub published a report on The Best and Worst Community Colleges of 2022<\/a>as well as a state by state ranking of the best and worst state community college systems<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to the WalletHub report, Connecticut has been ranked as the No. 1 state in the United States with the best community college system. And four of the state’s community colleges were voted among the top 20 community colleges in the nation.<\/p>\n

These four top Connecticut community colleges are categorized into:<\/p>\n

Naugatuck Valley Community College (10th place) Northwestern Connecticut Community College (11th place) Manchester Community College (12th place) Capital Community College (15th place)<\/p>\n
