The 10th anniversary of family ownership and management of Heritage Perth, which includes Bobeche, Heritage Wine Bar, Heritage Wine Store and Heritage Private Dining and Events, comes as Perth emerges from one of its most challenging periods in hospitality history .<\/p>\n Bobeche, Heritage Wine Bar and Heritage Wine Store owner Edward Wolkowinski has seen it all in the past 10 years and is looking forward to celebrating as the CBD comes back to life.<\/p>\n “What better way to celebrate a 10th anniversary than to celebrate our biggest hits for a month?” he said<\/p>\n \u201cIt’s been great for the team to come together and enjoy the best cocktails of the last decade.<\/p>\n \u201cIt started as a long list, the process of whittling it down has brought back some very fond memories of the incredibly strong bar managers we’ve had over the years.<\/p>\n “It’s been fun to pull out some old hits that haven’t been on the chart for a long time and see how they sit alongside the new additions.”<\/p>\n Bobeche’s Greatest Hits cocktail menu will be available until September 3rd.<\/p>\n![\"Absinthe](\"https:\/\/images.perthnow.com.au\/publication\/C-7798156\/d215878aa6207ec83e75d81b19dd399d2cd0242a.jpg?imwidth=668&impolicy=pn_v3\")
