ERP Business Analyst and Solutions Consultant

Salary: Based on qualifications and experience
Essential duties and responsibilities, but not limited to, the employee will be responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of ERP sites, along with related third party products.
Carry out project implementation, installations and updates. Carry out user training and prepare training guides. Business process scoping and business requirements specification document writing On-site, remote and assistance support customizing reports and forms Assessment of customer needs and requirements. Business analysis and adaptation of the software solution. Design and documentation of business processes Obtain all necessary Acumatica certifications. Constantly updating training badges Effective communication with team, project manager and director Updating timesheets, support cases and other administrative tasks
Study and/or work experience requirements:
Qualification: B.com Finance, Bus Sci Finance, CIMA, CA(SA) or Engineering Qualifications Knowledge of ERP financial systems Experience in business and process analysis Knowledge of MS products Understand business requirements for work flow financial and business operational Consulting experience or BA in a similar position
Skill Requirements:
System/customer project management from system information gathering, solution design, program specification preparation, system configuration, system testing, user training, system installation, troubleshooting issues and troubleshooting, implementation and ongoing account monitoring. Strong documentation and business analysis skills. High level of professionalism.
Must be organized, hardworking, problem solver, have a strong sense of responsibility, dedicated, motivated and manage work pressure well.
