Fairfield County Man Sentenced For Racketeering, Witness Tampering – Brookfield Daily Voice

A Fairfield County gang member has been sentenced to more than 24 years in prison for racketeering and witness tampering. Shakale Brantley, also known as “Charlie Wilson,” “Kellz,” and “Man Man,” age 22, of Bridgeport, was sentenced Wednesday, Jan. 26, said Leonard Boyle, US Attorney for the District of Connecticut. According to court documents and statements made in court, the FBI, ATF, DEA, U.S. Marshals Service, and Bridgeport Police have been investigating multiple Bridgeport-based gangs whose members are involved in narcotics trafficking, murder, and other acts of violence. BRISTOL – A city man is scheduled to appear before a judge next week on charges he was over the legal drinking limit and had PCP and marijuana in his system when he caused a Christmas Day crash that seriously injured two young children. Jorge Borrero, 28, faces two counts of second-degree assault with a motor vehicle and one count each of operating under the influence, operating under suspension, failure to drive right and using a motor vehicle without permission.
