AVON — A family of bears visited an Avon family Sunday, spending a few minutes playing in the family’s backyard. The bears, including some cubs, fell into the hammock and climbed onto the chairs placed in the yard. STRATFORD – Despite strict regulations limiting tattoo studios, Barnum Avenue could soon be home to a new place to get inked. Stratfour Ventures LLC is seeking Zoning Commission approval to open the studio in a 1,000-square-foot store at 1345 Barnum Ave., according to an application filed with the city. CBD, the chemical cousin of Delta-9 THC, is a hemp-derived ingredient that can be made into products in a variety of types and formats such as oils, gummies, capsules, or topicals.
