A Guelph rower has won a bronze medal at the Italian Under-23 Championships.
Stephen Harris arrived at ‘A’ last Saturday morning. He got there by posting the second-fastest time in the semifinal round of the lightweight men’s individual sculls on Friday.
His performance on Saturday led to a bronze medal.
Harris’ mother tells CTV News that he represented Canada in 2018 in Mexico and won gold twice.
He also won bronze at the World Indoors in March this year.
