Kareem Hunt wants out of Cleveland.
According to a report by Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com, the Browns running back has requested a trade from Cleveland as we approach the 2022 regular season.
Hunt is unhappy with his contract situation as he wants an extension. However, the Browns won’t give him one, and they won’t trade him either.
“Kareem Hunt has asked the #Browns to trade him, and been told no; his best strategy would be to kill them this season and earn his next contract,” he wrote.
It’s been a rough couple of weeks for the Browns.
The Browns will begin the 2022 NFL regular season in just over a month.
