Mumford III arrested tonight

VICTORIA COUNTY, Texas – A Victoria County jury has sentenced Alvin Mumford III to 52 years in prison. The 45-year-old man was arrested tonight.
Mumford was convicted of six counts of improper relationship between an educator and a student, three counts of indecency with a child and eight counts of online solicitation of a minor for sexual conduct. The jury issued no fines in the case.
