Vanessa Bryant, the widow of Kobe Bryant, seems determined not to let anyone who insults her late husband fall. Kobe died on January 26, 2020. He was hailed as one of the greatest players of all time.
On January 26, Kobe and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna were among the nine people who died aboard the NBA Star helicopter.
The helicopter crashed into a hill in Calabasas, California on its way to the Mamba Sports Academy, California.
Vanessa Bryant wept silently as her attorney described for jurors a photo she allegedly shared with random people at a bar days after Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant died in a helicopter crash.

The Los Angeles Lakers paid tribute to Kobe and Gianna on Friday, January 31 during their first game since his death. The team reserved two courtside seats in his honor. Two seats were covered in Kobe’s #24 Lakers jersey and Gianna’s #2 Mamba jersey and adorned with flowers.
Recently, a company scam claimed that Kobe Bryant endorsed their CBD oil and wanted to give away the oil to his fans. Vanessa Bryant has taken to social media to warn people that the article claiming her late husband Kobe Bryant had cancer and endorsing CBD oil is a hoax.

Vanessa Bryant issues warning about CBD oil scam involving Kobe Bryant: ‘Lies’
Vanessa Bryant has warned her fans about a scam involving her late husband Kobe. The article claims that Kobe was a “cancer victim” who relied on CBD products.
She took to Instagram to warn her followers not to believe the article online, which includes the People magazine logo and a link to a third-party website.
According to the article, Kobe wanted to give his “little helper” – his favorite CBD oil – to his fans. In his will, he allegedly promised to send a free bottle to anyone who needed it; The Kobe & Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation only asks buyers to pay a shipping fee.
The article also claimed that Kobe was a cancer patient. It included a fake quote from Kobe saying, “When I got my diagnosis, I was devastated.” And once you’re in the Hall of Fame, you’re under pressure to never show a sad side.
Kobe Bryant fans are texting his wife, Vanessa, about a free bottle of CBD oil, which they were promised, but charged $101 instead.
She replies, “Why would we sell CBD? #SCAM…This is crazy. What a scam… Did some people actually believe it? 🤦🏻♀️”

Vanessa posted screenshots of the fake article along with the caption: “LIES! Don’t be fooled. Kobe NEVER USED CBD, and @people has nothing to do with it. (Note the site link fake website) Vanessa and her family were dealing with the anniversary of Kobe and Gigi’s death when the online scam happened.
Vanessa is doing everything she can to lift her family’s spirits and preserve Kobe’s memory and reputation.
