A dynamic and highly reputable Asset Manager has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to source, analyze, implement and support customer and product data within internal CRM.

Your understanding of the software development process as well as Agile or Scrum experience will be put to good use by reviewing and improving process development, keeping all relevant process documentation up to date.
Using your experience in “Big Data” projects within the financial services industry, you will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing customer and product data. This will include performing regular tests on uploaded datasets and putting processes in place to monitor data anomalies
Ongoing collaboration and cross-department work will include working closely with product vendors, software designers and the CIO to understand how to apply data from this source area and fill any gaps in the data sets. data that is recovered, as well as enabling the help desk to assist with data-related calls.
