Peels is a consumer-focused, purpose-driven company dedicated to providing better-for-you CBD wellness products. Their CBD is a super powerful citrus brand of CBD, derived from recycled orange peels, making it completely THC, hemp and cannabis free. The wellness brand was founded by veteran and seasoned NFL CEO Chris Hetherington. Products available at Peels include their own Night oil, CBD Immunity Shot and CBD gummies, all certified pesticide-free and THC-free; it is especially worth noting that the Peels brand received the Purity 2021 award from the Clean Label project.
The aforementioned founder Chris Hetherington he graduated from Yale University before signing with the Cincinnati Bengals in 1996. He would eventually play on the Indianapolis Colts, Carolina Panthers, St. Louis Rams, Oakland Raiders and San Francisco 49ers. After his time in the NFL, he found success in the financial world, in addition to serving as the president and CEO of the Tokyo Apache basketball team in Japan. Your journey with skins started about 2 1/2 years ago, and Peels is on track to be in over 4,000 stores and retail points of purchase before the end of 2022.
