Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC), the infrastructure arm of the Aboitiz Group, recently broke ground on a new phase of commercial lots within the 30-hectare LIMA Central Business District (CBD) in Batangas.
The new phase is the third and final phase of the inventory of commercial lots within LIMA CBD located in LIMA Estate. Lot sizes range from 1,800 to 5,000 square meters, developed to meet the needs of BPO companies and traditional offices, condominiums, dormitories, hotels, schools and hospitals.
The CBD currently has several commercial components such as The Outlets at Lipa, LIMA Exchange, LIMA Park Hotel, LIMA Transport Hub, and the rapidly rising LIMA Tower One, a PEZA and BERDE certified green building that is the first of a park of ‘planned offices of seven towers in the heart of the CBD.
