Businesses in Shepparton’s central business district will be taking part in an end-of-winter sale on August 26 and 27.
Shops in Shepparton’s CBD are gearing up for two days of winter sales on Friday 26 August and Saturday 27 August.
The two days will be the last chance to shop amazing sales on winter stock before stores give way to warmer spring and summer items.
Greater Shepparton City Council Site Manager Bonnie McIntosh said great promotions would be on offer across the CBD, and shoppers would be encouraged to get out, find a bargain and support local businesses.
“The end of winter sale will have special offers on fashion, homewares, jewelery and more, all within the CBD,” Ms McIntosh said.
“Start stocking up on Christmas gifts and don’t forget a gift for Father’s Day coming up.
“There is so much to experience in the CBD; Invite your friends and family and make a day of it, enjoy the shops, enjoy a nice meal, update your hairstyle, all while supporting our local businesses.”
During the two days of the event, shoppers can be on the lookout for vouchers for a free coffee or drink at a local cafe.
“Council staff will be patrolling the streets and rewarding shoppers with a voucher for a free coffee so they can sit back and relax after a full day’s shopping,” said Ms. McIntosh.
