According to a news release from Newport News Police, officers were called to the 13000 block of Giovanni Ct. around 10:15 a.m. When they arrived at the scene, they found a woman and a man with gunshot wounds. British tourists visiting Spain will be “roasted” with new energy-saving measures banning air conditioning from being set below 27C in summer, a tourism chief has warned. The country has approved a new set of rules that will also allow heating above 19ºC in winter. Four people were shot to death in an Ohio neighborhood and a man was wanted who was considered armed and dangerous, authorities said.
