SIMSBURY – A mother bear and her two cubs were rescued from a storm drain in Simsbury this week, according to the state Department of Energy and Environmental Conservation. Environmental Conservation Police with DEEP were called to a neighborhood Wednesday. Four people have been seriously injured after lightning struck outside the White House, firefighters said. The four victims, two men and two women, were injured Thursday in Lafayette Park, located directly outside the White House complex, according to the District of Columbia Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services. Demand for office space remains strong as tenants slowly return to CBDs across the country. According to the Property Council of Australia’s latest Office market reporttenant demand was 0.5% higher on average in the country’s CBDs.
