One man is dead and another is in jail after a crash early Saturday morning on Seminole Boulevard. Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office investigators said Roger Kupsoff, 77, was traveling north on Seminole Boulevard in Seminole around 9:30 a.m. when Brent Rozic, 51, sped westbound in a pickup truck on 102nd Avenue N toward the intersection.
