The debate is heating up over a hemp product that’s popular with college-aged students because it provides a marijuana-like high. But WRAL Investigates found it also has a downside, as one local student found out. “I wanted to go and get some CBD (cannibidiol) because it helps me with my anxiety,” the student, who doesn’t want to be identified, told us.
