At least 40 people gathered at the state Capitol on Tuesday to protest a bill that would crack down on giving away adult-use and medical use cannabis. Tolland’s Planning and Zoning Commission voted 4-1 Monday night to allow retail cannabis establishments in most of the town’s commercial zones with certain restrictions.
