Leonard C Boyle, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that SEAN THOMAS, 32, of Rocky Hill, pleaded guilty today via videoconference to one count of possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl. According to court documents and statements made in court, in 2020, Hartford Police were investigating Thomas and others for distributing fentanyl and marijuana. Stratford may seek six-month moratorium on pot dispensaries – CTPost
STRATFORD — Stratford may become the latest town in the state to issue a temporary moratorium on recreational cannabis sales, just weeks before the state is set to begin accepting applications for cannabis sale licenses. The town Planning Commission, at its Jan. 18 meeting, voted to recommend a six-month moratorium to the Zoning Commission. Town Planner Susmitha Attota said the reason is simple.
