Tobacco- and vape-free campuses are a growing trend throughout the nation, according to the American Nonsmokers’ Rights Foundation. CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — A 28-year-old Connecticut man is awaiting sentencing after Clarksburg Police recently arrested him on a Harrison County bench warrant. Harrison Circuit Judge James A. Matish had ordered Darean J. Soles arrested on sight Dec. 1.
