NEW HAVEN — Five middle school students hospitalized Friday after eating a a candy bar containing THC at school have been released from the hospital, Mayor Justin Elicker said. Justin Harmon, spokesman for the school district, said New Haven police and the state Department of Children and Families are investigating. CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — A 28-year-old Connecticut man is awaiting sentencing after Clarksburg Police recently arrested him on a Harrison County bench warrant. Harrison Circuit Judge James A. Matish had ordered Darean J. Soles arrested on sight Dec. 1. That’s the day that Soles attended his sentencing hearing by phone instead of in person, causing the court to call off the proceeding and sign the bench warrant.
