NIANTIC, CT — Three families are displaced after a three-alarm fire late Monday afternoon fire in a mixed-use retail and residential plaza on Flanders Road in Niantic. The blaze at Midway Plaza, 170 Flanders Road, brought firefighters from at least six area fire departments.
