Connecticut is the best state in the country to go to community college to get some knowledge, according to a new report. Wallethub released one list on Tuesday which ranked the Nutmeg State No. 1 for having the best community college systems in the nation. Maryland, New Mexico, Washington and Hawaii rounded out the top five on the list. Montana, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Mississippi and Ohio fell to the bottom of the list. STRATFORD – Despite strict regulations limiting tattoo studios, Barnum Avenue could soon be home to a new place to get inked.
